This week, our group continued to work on our game, Tiny Farm. At that start of the project everyone was given different tasks, illustrating, coding, audio, dialogue creation etc. This week we continued to finish our set tasks and began working on more.

This week, each member got a level that they'll have to design. Since Tiny Farm is an interactive maths childrens game, each level will revolve around either addition or subtraction. Tiny Farm is made up of 6 different levels and for this week my task was to design a level where the aim is to spot numbers. In this level, the player has to look through the busy farm environment and spot different numbers. Ex. number 5 hidden in tree branches or number 2 hidden on an animal.

Along side this, I've been working on adding the dialogue into the game. We thought that it might be a good idea to have speech bubbles appear whenever the farmer and animals are talking so that the players can also read what they're hearing. This would allow younger kids to practise reading and help them understand what the aim of the level is if they get confused by just hearing the instructions.

I'm currently still working on my level and we'll be adding it soon into the game. But, I'm happy with all the progress we've made so far. The game is coming along really well and is being to take the form of what we've envisioned in the beginning.
